Creative Leadership’s story begins in 2005 when we were established as a small consultancy specialising in Training and Development services in Bournemouth, Dorset. Since then the business has evolved and grown into a provider of expert Organisational Development and Talent Management solutions, including executive coaching, recruitment and resourcing, management development and outplacement to clients across the UK and Channel Islands.

In our time we’ve seen different pages unfold including new recruits to the Creative Leadership team, new HR and Talent Management products, office moves, changing work practises …the list goes on.  All the while, we’ve retained many of our key clients who come back to us time and again to help them with their own unique people solutions.
